Heist Flow Data Deletion

How to ask Pan Games Oy to delete your personal data from Heist Flow: Color Sort Puzzle, what we delete, and what we must keep.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

The Heist Flow Privacy Policy explains what the game collects. Our website has its own privacy policy at https://thepangames.com/privacy-policy.

Heist Flow has no username or password, and it never asks for your name or email address. The game saves your progress and a random game ID on your device. Our servers hold data about you only if you have signed in with Apple in the game. When our purchase server is in use, the game asks you to sign in when you open the shop, tap CONNECT TO APP STORE on the Continue Run offer, or tap RESTORE PURCHASES or RECOVER. That data is linked to your Sign in with Apple account, not to your game ID.

If you have never signed in with Apple in the game, we hold no data about you that we can find. Deleting the app deletes everything the game saved on your device (see section 7). Section 5 explains the data that other companies receive from the game, and how to ask them about it.

1. Find Your Game ID

Do this before you delete the app. Deleting the app deletes the game ID, and the game creates a new one if you install it again.

  1. Open Heist Flow.
  2. Tap SUPPLIES on the City screen. During a level, tap BOOSTERS instead.
  3. Tap SETTINGS. Your game ID is shown after "Your game ID:". It has 32 letters and numbers.
  4. Take a screenshot of this screen. The game has no copy button.

Your game ID is not linked to your name, email address or Apple Account. Include it in your request so that we know which installation of the game your request is about.

2. If You Signed In With Apple, Find an Apple Order ID

Your purchase account on our server is linked to your Sign in with Apple account, not to your game ID. To find it, we need the order ID of one of your Heist Flow purchases. You can find it:

  • on your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Media & Purchases, View Account and Purchase History, and tap the Heist Flow purchase
  • in the receipt email Apple sent you after the purchase
  • at reportaproblem.apple.com, after you sign in with your Apple Account

If you signed in but never bought anything, there is no order ID. Tell us so in your email. Such an account holds no purchases. It holds only a random account number, the keyed code of your Apple sign-in, the boosters you earned by playing, your count of levels won and your tutorial records. None of the details you can send us lets us tell it apart from other accounts, so we cannot find it from an email request.

3. Send Your Request

Email gokhan@thepangames.com with this subject:

Subject: Heist Flow data deletion

Include:

  • your game ID, ideally the screenshot from section 1
  • the Apple order ID from section 2, if you bought boosters
  • if you live in the United States, your state, so that we apply the right law

Never send us passwords, your Apple Account password or payment card details. We will never ask for them.

If you no longer have your game ID, tell us, and send the Apple order ID if you have one. We can still delete your purchase account.

A parent, a guardian or an authorized agent can send a request for you. We will ask for proof that they may act for you.

If you want a copy of your data instead, send the same details and ask for a copy.

4. What We Delete

After we have confirmed your request, we delete from our purchase server:

  • your account, including the keyed code made from your Apple sign-in
  • your booster balance, the boosters you have earned and used, and the booster uses that were cancelled
  • the purchases you started
  • your count of levels won and your tutorial records
  • your purchase and refund records, except those we must keep by law (see section 5)

We email you when the deletion is done.

After your purchase account is deleted, boosters you bought or earned and have not used can no longer be restored on any device. We cannot refund purchases ourselves. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The data saved on your device is deleted when you delete the app (see section 7).

5. What We Cannot Delete

  • Purchase and refund records we must keep by law. Where Finnish accounting law requires us to keep records of sales, we keep the transaction number, product, price, currency and date for the period it sets: six years after the end of the year in which the financial period of the purchase ended. Because we delete your account and the keyed code of your Apple sign-in, these records are no longer linked to your Apple sign-in. We use them for nothing else, and delete them when that period ends.
  • Apple's own records. Apple keeps your App Store purchase history, your payments, your Sign in with Apple records and its record of each purchase, which includes the random account number or one-time purchase number we created for you. We cannot delete these. You can ask Apple at privacy.apple.com.
  • Events sent to Meta. They carry no game ID or other identifier we can match to you, so we cannot find or delete them. Where the GDPR applies, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited shares responsibility with us for collecting these events, and you can ask Meta to delete them through its Privacy Policy. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can review and disconnect the activity that apps share with Meta in Accounts Center, under Your information and permissions, then Your activity off Meta technologies.
  • Purchase records held by Unity Technologies. Unity's purchase software sends Unity a record of each purchase step, with the transaction number and your device's identifier for vendor (see section 2 of the Privacy Policy). We have no access to these records, so we cannot find or delete them. Unity handles them under its Privacy Policy.
  • Hardware statistics sent to Unity. If the engine sends them (see section 2 of the Privacy Policy), we have no access to them. You can ask Unity through its privacy policy.
  • Game settings requests to Google. If we use Firebase Remote Config, Google receives your IP address and a random identifier for the app installation when the game fetches its settings. These are not linked to your game ID or your account, so we cannot find them.
  • Crash reports from Apple. If you share crash reports with app developers in iOS Settings, Apple sends them to us without your name or game ID, so we cannot match them to you.
  • Totals in our reports, such as Meta's campaign reports. These identify no one.
  • Data we must keep to meet a legal obligation, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
  • Your emails about the request. We keep them for up to 24 months, to show how we handled your request.

If copies of your data remain in backups of our server, we do not use them, and they are deleted when the backups are replaced. If we ever restore a backup, we delete your data again.

6. How Long It Takes

We complete your request within one month of receiving it, as the GDPR requires. If a request is complex, we may take up to two more months, and we will tell you why within the first month.

If you live in the United States, we confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we may extend once by another 45 days.

If we cannot find your data from the details you send, we tell you so within the same time.

7. How to Stop Future Collection

  • Turn off tracking. Go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, and turn Heist Flow off. Or go to Settings, then Heist Flow, and turn off Allow Tracking. Meta then does not receive your device's advertising identifier. The game still sends Meta the events described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Delete the app. Touch and hold the Heist Flow icon, tap Remove App, then tap Delete App. This deletes your progress, settings and game ID from your device, and the game sends nothing more. If you install the game again, it creates a new game ID and works as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • Disconnect Heist Flow from your Meta account. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, open Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Your activity off Meta technologies. There you can disconnect Heist Flow and turn off future activity.
  • Stop using Sign in with Apple for Heist Flow. In Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple. Choose Heist Flow and stop using it. This stops the sign-in on your side. It does not delete your data on our server, so also send us a request.

8. Questions and Complaints

Send questions to gokhan@thepangames.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto, tietosuoja.fi), or with the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work. If you live in the United Kingdom, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the US, you can appeal as described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy, and then contact your state's attorney general.
